Cliven Bundy-Bigot

I laughed and laughed at the reaction of the media
to what Cliven Bundy said about blacks. It's like
the media has no idea people like Bundy exist,
and when they find one they're just shocked into
disbelief.

What a load of bull. They live in the same country as
we do, if you know just 10 people you know bigotry
is alive and well. Get 5 guys from my old HS together,
after a few beers you'll hear everything under the sun.

You'll hear it when blacks get together, when Hispanics
are with each other, and I have it on good authority
the Asians make fun of the whites in the casino all the
time. Bigots are everywhere, pretending they aren't is
not doing anybody any favors.

I think it was my brother who asked a black guy he knew if blacks told "white jokes" same as whites tell black jokes. I think the guy said instead of jokes it was more about a general lack of street smarts on many matters (see: Piper, "Orange is the New Black.) I believe most white people do not think so-called minorities make fun of whites, but anyone who believes this is kidding themselves.

People are clannish and they have always made fun
of and disparaged people outside their clan. Probably
always will. It's human nature. With PC attitudes, we're
now back in Victorian times, when people pretended

But everybody was thinking about it and doing it.

I don't know what is up. I saw headlines 'bout some stand-off in the desert. Some said it was a land grab, some said it was cattle rustling, some said it had to do with fracking and water rights, alot of conservative property=rights types started showing up with rifles and talkin' 'bout bagging them some feds and then things calmed down a bit and reporters were able to interview the victim of all this stuff and somehow liberals don't like his archaic views but ain't nobody never said nuttin' 'bout his cattle being stolen 'cause of his views 'bout blacks.

There are a lot more bigoted people than we like to think...

He said things that are indefensible--slavery cannot possibly be better than what he says is happening now because "owning" another person was NEVER the right answer. Once you go down that road, nothing you say is really worth a listen. I cannot imagine thinking that it would somehow be good to own a slave. Slaves were dragged here and treated horribly as a group and the mere fact that another person owned them (even if it was a "good" master) is reprehensible.

Today at Walmart I saw a black guy in his late
20's had a flat on his SUV. He was trying to get
the spare out and couldn't do it and gave up.
I went over and said, here's what you do. Go
back in the store and get the big can of Fox O Flat.
When the tire is reinflated, drive it for at least
5 miles to distribute the material. Then go the Bell
Tire next week and they fix flats for free, as does
Discount Tire.

The kid was overjoyed, he said he never would have
thought of it. Just a typical day of spreading my
bigotry around..

He should have hosted dogfights in his basement, in our society that just gets you a 4 game suspension.

Oh no, talking in an un PC manner is far worse.
