Well, I am glad we have choices. I prefer the channel line-up, and subscribe, to the $25 Sling TV Blue service.

I kind of think you are right.

But they only have NBC and FOX in select markets. I wish they had an option for CBS, ABC, and CW + NBC and FOX in all markets. I can't get them on antenna.

When I watch TV, it's Discovery and History a
lot. Utube has neither.

Fortunately, I can get all of the networks over the air.

The FCC auctioned over $19 billion of public frequencies relinquished by TV channels. Ten stations in Philadelphia are splitting $1 billion. They agree to go off-air and are doing channel sharing with other stations.

T-Mobile acquired 45% of the new frequencies.

Youtube TV has launched for $35. It does include the Disney channels like ESPN, Disney, and Freeform. All the Turner channels are missing.
CNN
TNT
TBS
Cartoon Network
Adult Swim
truTV

The NFL Network and NFL Redzone are absent.

But it does include a DVR.

This could be the Field Bet of cable. Looks like a lot at first, but Fox News would be all I would watch.

It might be your best choice for the Fox News Devotee.

Sling TV has $20 and $25 options, but no Fox News. There are no $30 options AFAIK.
There are at least two $35 options that both include Fox News (AT&T Direct TV Now, and Youtube TV) but between them Youtube has the DVR function.
PlayStation Vue also has Fox News, but it is $40.

I am working on getting the FireStick to stream FNC and other services. Been without cable almost 5 years now, miss it less and less every month.

Some recent discussion of Fox launching a streaming service, but no specific mention of Fox News.

I have a line on FNC, along with a load of international channels which I like to see from time to time.

You can find most Fox shows on Utube on
the same day they broadcast. They're
pirated and come down in 24 hrs but the
quality is good and no commercials.
Fox has a Utube channel where they
show segments, that's also good. You can
see the interesting stories of the day.
