I went to the county tax office here in town to pay an excise tax bill.Time was short, didn't want to pay the CC surcharge and didn't want to wait until a check cleared, so I paid the bill in cash, and needed a penny. So I gave the lady exact change in cash by sliding a penny across the desk to make exact change.I commented "Here it is, a very valuable penny!" She got a chuckle |
