He is an experienced lawyer, he knows they are unenforceable. However, a 14 years old girl strung out on drugs on a secluded island surrounded by the most powerful men in the world, probably does not know it is unenforceable. Do you think she was given an opportunity to consult a lawyer before signing and taking the hush money?

I do not believe E Jean Carroll. Her not remembering when she was assaulted is just ridiculous. I do believe that Stormy had sex with Trump.

I can’t answer your first question, as the answer without hearing any evidence is maybe, maybe not.

And there would be thousands of Democrat operatives who would be counseling her now, years later, about the ‘enforceability’. You can want all you want for Trump to be criminally involved. It is just extremely unlikely to happen.

How do they know who the women are? Besides the already public ones. Most will probably never be heard from the rest of their life. My guess is most of those types of women don't want mass public scrutiny after such an ordeal, some of probably scared, some are probably ashamed, some probably are terrified their now husbands or whatever would find out.
