I heard someone talking about this guy,. He sounds like the model for Trump. Same mistake Karl Marx made. Thinks his theory is what’s best for humankind. Just one more fool, probably not smart enough to do this successfully in small scale town without it falling apart in less than a year.

Curtis Yarvin and the Dark Enlightenment

Curtis Yarvin, known online as Mencius Moldbug, is an American software developer turned political blogger. He spearheads the neo-reactionary or Dark Enlightenment movement, which argues that liberal democracy is inherently flawed and that governance ought to mirror the streamlined decision-making of a corporation’s executive suite

---
“CEO King” Metaphor

- Yarvin proposes replacing democratic institutions with a single sovereign who functions like a corporate chief executive officer.
- This “CEO king” wields concentrated authority, bypassing legislative gridlock and electoral cycles to enact policies swiftly and efficiently.
- The metaphor highlights his belief that statecraft should follow corporate governance models, prioritizing competence and accountability to outcomes over popular mandate
---

## Illustrative Example: Elon Musk as a “CEO King”

- To demonstrate his idea in practice, Yarvin has pointed to Elon Musk. He suggests that Musk’s track record running complex, innovation-driven organizations makes him an ideal candidate for a monarch-as-CEO.
- In Yarvin’s vision, a figure like Musk would oversee the state with the same pragmatic, data-driven approach that he applies to his companies
