And most of them despise Trump the man. They say ‘Red may be the color of the Republican Party, but the Democrat Party is the party of Red Tape.’

You know why Democrats lost despite the Republicans running the worst candidate in history? Minneapolis DA will no longer prosecute drug or weapons cases if the arrest started with a traffic violation. Cop pulls over hoodlum for doing 80 in a 30. Sees gun on seat. Next to a few kilos of cocaine.

While we wait, while you are b!tching about the Minneapolis DA, that DA is most likely following in thee footsteps of your MAGA darling Washington DC Jeanine Pirro who as of August 2025 will refuse to prosecute certain firearms crimes in DC. Care to comment on that?

Could also be the DA is sick and tired of having to defend illegal searches by cops during traffic stops, and having that evidence thrown out because those cops can't follow the law. You, those laws and constitutional rights we all ave that you have stated more than once you want to take away.

They lost because the American electorate fell for flashy slogans and sound bites and were stupid. They also lost because unprincipled voters like you knew there was only one rational choice, but choose to sit out. Now those same voters are having their rights slowly stripped away and are facing continued high prices for food, goods and energy, while the rich just got another tax break. May they have the day they voted for, and it serves them right.

US Attorney Pirro tells prosecutors no felony charges for carrying registered rifles, shotguns in DC

So Jeanine refuses to prosecute certain gun crimes in her jurisdiction, and Minneapolis DA refuses to prosecute certain gun crimes in that jurisdiction. Same difference. And MAGA and the GOP and hangers-on like SooPoo have no right to b!tch, since their end goal is to get rid of gun laws.

Doubtful. It is probably that the DA saw or someone told them that picking people up on things found on stops "affects minorities." It is like getting rid of cash bail, get rid of things that legally work because you do not like seeing people locked up.

Nope. Voting for a Democrat is (almost) never a rational choice. If the prosecutor said she wouldn’t prosecute after illegal searches, well duh, that would be fine. But that’s not what she said. Tell me what you mean by ‘certain firearm crimes’ and I’ll answer.
