Not a valid example. Martha went to prison over a trade on insider info then lying to the SEC about it. As a former stockbroker she could not pretend she was innocent. War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength |

The point being Trump’s motives for these deals is NOT to enrich himself. But of course all the previous Presidents avoided the appearance of impropriety by using blind trusts and the like. One thing both sides can agree on is Trump doesn’t give a shit about avoiding the appearance of impropriety! The left cares about his likely tiny (by multi-billionaire status) profit from his actions. The right doesn’t care if it is ALSO good for the country. |

Well, no one's worried about Trump going to jail. MAGA is more likely to send him money than send him to jail. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

None of these agencies nor contractors can be trusted as long as we have third-party bankers intentionally lowering our buying power. I would have used the mail system and/or bank accounts to physically track them down to deport them. Two birds with the same stone. It'd be worth $182 billion to get 20,000,000 out of the country. That'd be a bargain. Then we could work on getting another 30,000,000 out that aren't on Social Security. ---------------------- Fact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Prevents Illegal Aliens from Obtaining Social Security Act Benefits The White House April 15, 2025 . . . Biden oversaw a sharp increase in the number of immigrants given Social Security Numbers (SSNs), with more than 2 million illegal aliens assigned SSNs in fiscal year 2024 alone. . . . The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) calculated that American taxpayers spend at least $182 billion annually to cover the costs incurred by the presence of 20 million illegal aliens and their children, which includes $66.4 billion in Federal expenses plus an additional $115.6 billion in state and local expenses. . . . https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/04/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-prevents-illegal-aliens-from-obtaining-social-security-act-benefits/ ---------------------- |

No need to when he is. Lawfare cases are not real cases. War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength |

You're right, Trump doesn't believe in US law. Any of it. He proves it nearly every day by constantly trying to do things he's not supposed to do. And only losers support him. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

I'm not generally a fan of billionaires but Elon Musk is in a class by himself he had the courage to call Trump's tariffs bs which is what they are when at the time he was working for Trump he didn't knuckle under and become a patsy to Trump so he could stay in his good graces as so many other Republicans do his relationship with Trump is completely severed and Trump is likely to retaliate against him in some way by taking aim at his business ventures Elon Musk - the world's richest man and one of the most impactful geniuses in America and a man of principle from google: "He called Trump's tariffs "BS": This language emerged during a public disagreement between Musk and Trump, where Trump expressed disappointment over Musk's opposition to his "One Big Beautiful Bill". He has expressed a desire for "zero tariffs" between the US and Europe: Musk has advocated for a free trade zone between these regions, believing it would be beneficial for businesses and economic growth. He has called Trump's top trade advisor a "moron": Musk publicly criticized Trump's top trade adviser, Peter Navarro, calling him "dumber than a sack of bricks" in the context of discussions around tariffs. | Evenbob Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 148 Posts: 25978 | I've watched the video of Trump flying the B6 bomber over Putin's head, I've watched it about 15 times. Even Bill Maher says the United States has the biggest swinging dick in the world and it's about time we let everybody know it. Bill Maher is pretty amazing, after he stoped swallowing all the Kool-Aid CNN and MSNBC were feeding him he's turning into a Trump fan. Good grief who wouldn't. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
