Did you read the paragraph you quoted? How are they going to use the victims of adult sexual survivors act to get at Leticia James? Sexaul assault had a long history of victims having a small window to get charges filed. If you want to sound educated don't pretend you can do that with eveyrthing.

The courts can barely hold the caseloads they have in more recent years,
