I’ll agree on bloated and fat, but not disgusting. And maybe it’s camera angles, but Trump seems thinner recently. It wouldn’t stun me to find out he’s on Mounjaro or Wegovy.

Yes, it does seem he's lost a bit of weight, but he's got miles to go before he's no longer obese.

Because somebody who has had a life of private chefs and can eat healthy with zero effort (unlike most Americans,) is simply not in shape because they have no discipline. You don't see many out of shape billionaires, because they have private chefs and personal trainers, and gyms everywhere. So when somebody has so little self control despite having every resource to eat healthier by simply telling his team, "I need to lose weight design me a meal plan that will do that," it shows a character deficit. Actually ironically other than Trump and Musk I cannot think of any overweight billionaires.

If you are a billionaire why not eat what you enjoy? Historically rich people are heavier because they can afford to eat well. Here's the thing...plenty of people could care less about losing weight. They figure they are who they are and are comfortable with it. The other thing is that liberals hate wealthy people who keep themselves trim.....if that person is conservative. When Bush43 was in office I remember the news did a piece on how he kept in shape (the guy was a fitness guy) and liberals whined things like, "Yeah, because he can! What about people who can't afford to work out?!" As if you need money to work out!
