As a society we try to stop the abuse as much as we can, but even the most progressive ideas stop short of taking away kids from their parents completely. Some version of the nuclear family based on parents raising their own kids is just necessary and unavoidable, even though there will be abuse in some cases. Allowing LGBT to adopt is an avoidable abuse scenario. It's here to stay, though, I recognize that I'm Still Standing, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah [it's an old guy chant for me] |

That heterosexual males commit sex crimes is not at issue that sexual abuse, mostly from males, occurs in nuclear families is also conceded. No one sees a way around this [action after the fact is how it's handled] except I suppose there are crackpots who advocate taking kids at birth from all families and have the state rear them LGBT couples will be adopting probably from here forward, so I guess it's a mute point that any abuse in that situation could have been avoided, but that's my point. It's possible that he wanted to add more choices, but accidentally hit "Add poll," too soon. That happened to Wizard too. Alec Baldwin's gun should have been CGI. Would have prevented the tragedy. Facts. |
