"AI psychosis."

I bet we'll hear a bit more about AI psychosis as time goes by.

The danger: many people are adrift and looking for a direction and they put their trust into AI to tell them what to do.

AI is like a beautiful hologram: a compelling image without real foundation.

Yawn
They either end up in a cult or become a slave to AI
I use AI simply for research.
Too me it's just quicker and pretty accurate for general info

So now we have yet another creation of modern tech with a double edged sword.

Every move forward is a double edged sword
That's simply the nature of progress

A shot tower is a historic industrial structure designed to manufacture lead shot for firearms.

Melting: Lead was melted at the top of the tower in a furnace and often mixed with other metals like arsenic or antimony to increase surface tension. The molten metal was poured through a sieve. During the free fall (which usually required a distance of 100 to 150 feet), the liquid drops stretched and pulled into perfectly spherical shapes. The spherical droplets plunged into a large tank or kettle of water at the bottom to rapidly solidify them without deforming.

Seems most animals in water know how to stay afloat. Why do untrained humans panic and drown?

Quote:
An untrained person will desperately thrash their arms downward to force their head higher. This creates a leverage disaster: lifting the heavy human head (which weighs 10–11 pounds) out of the water pushes the hips and legs deeper down. This frantic vertical treading exhausts the person within minutes.

Many animals evolved to live in and around water in the wild. Some animals didn't...and they drown. Like humans, and the common ancestor of both humans and chimps, who also generally don't swim.

Remember when you read comic books, "zounds" was one the exclamations you'd encounter?

Quote: googlebot
Zounds is an archaic interjection used to express surprise, anger, or amazement. It is a mild oath functioning similarly to "Oh my gosh" or "I swear to God".

Origin: The word originated in late-16th-century England as a clipped contraction of the phrase "(by) God's wounds". It was frequently used as a minced oath to invoke the crucifixion wounds of Jesus without explicitly uttering what was considered a heavy blasphemy. It was popularized in literature by playwrights like Christopher Marlowe and William Shakespeare.

Pronunciation:Pronounced as /zaʊndz/ (rhymes with "sounds") or /zuːndz/ (rhymes with "moons").

Pretty much the same for "For Pete's sakes" or "For the love of Pete."
