Just now? I am against letting violent criminals out on bail. Before Geno yells at me, I understand that arrest does not equal conviction. I am depending on my law enforcement officers and DAs to have a reasonable amount of evidence before the arresting and charging….

Reminder that reasonable bail is a Constitutional right and maybe SooPoo wants to take tat one away too. Bail is not punishment. Bail is a cash promise to appear in court and answer for charges. People have been charged with worse crimes than our shooter and been granted bail.
