Sorry, I've no basis to express an opinion on that as I did very little criminal law; but my gut says most crimes do not result in a conviction; it's the idiots committing multiple crimes that would typically trip them up.

Minutes ago my wife showed me an ‘article?’ ‘’post’? ‘blog’ ? or whatever uncovering some precinct n Pennsylvania that didn’t have a single Harris vote. That this is ‘evidence’ that Trump stole the election!

It is a close to zero chance that either election was stolen. There are just so many persons on both sides of the aisle that are ‘watchers’. Are there some irregularities? It would be naive to think there are none. But enough to steal a presidential election? Nope…

So is your position there was election fraud, but the perpetrators were successful in covering their tracks and leacving no evidence?

Its not who votes it's who counts the votes.

The illegals interfere with reporting accuracy.


They affect everything (polling, voting, funding, seating, healthcare, taxes, etc.) because they're not checked for being legal in blue states.

I believe there are likely incidences of election fraud, but not widespread fraud of a magnitude enough to have swayed either election. A few people in Utah voting for Trump twice? Sure. Some Mississippi Democrats casting Harris votes in the names of recently deceased relatives? Possible. Kids filling out their mail in ballots for their addled parents for Biden? Can see it. An election worker doesn’t count a valid Trump vote in NYC? Not unfathomable.

So yes, it’s certainly reasonable that these ‘perpetrators’ could get away with instances of election fraud. Just that in 2020 Trump lost by so many votes in the ‘swing states’, and in 2024 the same could be said of Harris. Neither election was stolen

But I do agree with you that it should be a high priority to reduce the chances of fraud. Voter ID is of course the easiest. Limiting mail in is another.

But what gets me about the MAGA claims about the 2020 election being stolen….. if it was, it was stolen DURING a Republican time of power, Trump’s first term. Wouldn’t it have been EASIER to do it again during Biden’s term? What changed?
