Trump monme can't handle so-called trick questions but supposed to be able to manage the entire Defensed Department.

Check!!!

All he had to do is say, "There are laws regarding following illegal orders. If the President were to give an illegal order we'd say 'Sir, that order is illegal and we can't follow it. But this is what we can do, and give options.'" Anyone-and I mean anyone-in the US chain or command, all the way down to the recent inductee, is instructed on illegal orders.

NEW YORK (AP) — A U.S. watchdog is suing Capital One for allegedly misleading consumers about its offerings for high-interest savings accounts — and “cheating" customers out of more than $2 billion in lost interest payments as a result.

In a complaint filed Tuesday, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau took aim at Capital One's promises and handling of its “360 Savings” accounts. Despite promoting 360 Savings as an account that provides one of nation's highest interest rates, the CFPB alleges that Capital One froze its rate at a low level for at least several years, even as rates rose nationally.

At the same time, the CFPB adds, the bank created “360 Performance Savings," which saw a much higher rate grow. But the agency says that Capital One did not notify 360 Savings accountholders about this new offering and “instead worked to keep them in the dark" — alleging that the company marketed the products similarly to obscure their distinction and forbade employees "from proactively telling” those with 360 Savings accounts about 360 Performance Savings.

These actions mean Capital One “illegally avoided paying billions in interest to millions of consumers,” the CFPB wrote in its Tuesday complaint. The agency says it’s seeking to impose civil penalties and provide financial relief to those impacted.

Of course, C1 is fighting this vigorously.

If this actually goes to trial we'll hear about the outcome in four or five years

Why would they be trying to kill our soldiers which they probably see up there already and have for decades. Why would we put them on a reservation? Did we do that in Guam? Alaska? Hawaii? Where do you get these ideas?

I don't think the Greenland natives would resist, such as killing our soldiers.

If they did resist, they'd be put on a reservation to preserve their life.

It can happen over and over in various places in the coming years.

When we expanded westward to the west coast, that's what our military did.

I got the ideas from our history.

Interesting about your condescending tone though. :)

Exactly why it's not an "obvious joke" because it obviously was not.

Sadly this is how a large portion of Trump's base thinks, (and some are even more extreme.)

Now, I don't think Trump will actually do it (but who knows,) but what scares me more than his stupidity, is there are millions of people that enthusiastically think that he should.

I'm going by history.

I think the "obvious joke" comment was related to my comments about liberals and not the 10,000 acre land grant.

That was a joke.

Usually, I'll place a smiley character when I make a joke or for other reasons.

Women's sports bar closes after just a few months. While no "no men admitted" rule it clearly was meant to drive men away. Such an original business idea, how did it fail?!

I just saw an article on how we have tried to buy Greenland six times in our history, starting in 1867. Yet when Trump suggests it he is an insane lunatic. Kevin O'Leary said basically what I said that you cannot take Trump on the face value of what he suggests, you have to find what his true intention is. He doesn't want to buy Greenland he just wants to use it like we own it and right now Denmark is very open to that.

Trump uses psychology all the time.

I'm not sure why liberals take him literally.

It's similar to the Risk board game.

In the game, Europe is tough to control and protect for only 5 armies.

I always found it more profitable by controlling North America for 7 armies.

No we have not, not a single President has tried to buy Greenland, lots of crazy political activists of the centuries have suggested it, Trump is the first President to listen (which should be telling in and of itself....)

I'm going to believe EB on this because I read about at least once back in the 1990s or so.
