"Pesticide" is for killing pests. Living bugs, etc.

"Herbicide" is for killing unwanted plants.

I held a license to use both. Nobody in the industry used the terms interchangeably.

Woman got arrested trying to make returns with fake receipts. She got away with a fake receipt return the previous day, came back the VERY next day to try it again and the police were called the second time. She's an idiot for doing this twice in a row. 🥴 In her interrogation video, the police CLEARLY told her that she had the right to refuse to speak to Law Enforcement without a Lawyer in order to not self incriminate herself and pointed out that whatever she told them would be used against her and asked her if she understood her right. She said,"Yes," and proceeded to speak to Law Enforcement without a Lawyer, incriminated herself and ended up arrested, booked, and jailed! IDIOT! 🥴 Law Enforcement CLEARLY told her she didn't HAVE to speak to them without a Lawyer and she went ahead and did it anyways and ended up in big trouble! 🥴
