Not at all. Look at their demographics. The one child policy had a lot to do with it.

My sister-in-law went to the emergency room at a big hospital last week for gallbladder problems and she ended up with covid, full-time full-blown scary covid.

I don't know if she sat in the waiting room for a long time, but most emergency rooms make people wait out there for awhile unless you're literally dying. And of course, people with contagious diseases are usually out there with you, at their sickest.

If I have to go there to wait for someone else, i try to find the location as far away from anyone else.

I got injured earlier this year and had to go to emergency and my biggest fear was going to the emergency room but the injury was so bad the ambulance drivers wheeled me into another entrance and right into intensive care so I got to bypass all that. But the doctors told me that they wanted me out of there as soon as possible because of my age and there was a good chance I would get some virus while I was in the hospital. I was there for 3 days and never picked up anything, thank God.

I found this interesting.

I was in the ER once, needed a couple stitches. Slow night, doctor was chatting as he sewed. Then BOOM, alert of some kind of OD on the way. He politely said he had to speed it up or I might have to wait all night. He went on just a little about how awful drugs were getting.

Wow, you are fortunate. I am happy if I only go to the ER once a year.

Wow, I had no idea Pepsi has fallen that far. i remember back in the 1980's I think it was that Pepsi surpassed Coke in retail packaged sales (basically excluding all restaurants and concessions).
