If you don't believe the N.Y. fraud case is legally valid, then you're either mistaken or deliberately lying. Of course, it's not a criminal case.

They say he overvalued his properties. If that were criminal we would have to lock up half the people who refinance their homes.

What laws would those be? I'm not opposed to collective bargaining, as a rule; I'm opposed to most unions, individually. Depends on the Union and whether or not it's just a grift.

A few are how hard it is to get rid of a union once it is approved. If I had my way there would be a recertification election 90 days before the contract expire but not less than every 5 years. I would also prohibit mandatory payroll deduction of union dues.

Government construction contracts usually de facto require union scale wages.

Under Obama Boeing got sued for OPENING a plant that was non-union. Not replacing a union plant, they just opened one.

CA is going to allow unemployment for striking workers.

Just a few.

In regards to Trump being a hero, I don't think he can be classified as a hero yet.

He did some great things during his term, but definitely not a hero.

It's interesting some think he's a hero.

He certainly isn't a hero to the majority of the country who voted against him...twice.

They've been paying increasingly more and more for that mistake for nearly the past three years. Much more to come.

I should really just give up.

I’ve already stipulated that they wouldn’t go after most people for that. Secondly, it was a civil fraud case.

Diane Feinstein has died. She still is refusing to resign from the senate….

My snide comment notwithstanding, she did have an impressive career. Too bad she sullied it at the end by being senile to some degree and still not resigning….

Rest in…

Who am I kidding?

Ding dong, the witch is dead; the evil fascist witch is dead! Ding dong the wicked witch is dead!

There’s only one good kind of Senator. Anyone who wants that kind of power. None of them believe they’re helping anyone or have any desire to. Help their own campaign funds.

She’d still carry 60% in a general. Has a ‘D’ by her name.

Most people don't fudge valuations to such a degree. A few percentages perhaps, but not the stark difference Donnie did.

Who cares? Any bank that would have known about his business dealings in Atlantic City and still gave him money…besides, it’s a bank. Am I to cry for a bank? I’m much more concerned about the independent construction businesses he never paid.
