Amazing he lasted to 81. After decades of substance abuse, a liver transplant at 53, heart surgery in his 70s, diabetes, hepatitis C and god knows what else. I had him on my list when I did the pool. Do You Know the Way to San Jose, I’ll Never Fall in Love Again, Say a Little Prayer, Rain Drops Keep Falling on My Head and on and on. I am surprised it is not in ruins yet. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |
