Ever been asked what your weaknesses are in a job interview? Did you answer stating a disqualifying flaw?

It is "gotcha" because:

1. John Kerry was not asked the same question.
2. You are asking him to give three reasons not to vote for him.

BLM is racist. Quite simple if it was "WLM" it would be called racist up and down the line. Thus it is a racist group. But a candidate should not have to explain why a group supports him.

John Kerry was not President at the time the question was asked.

BLM is racist? Do they exclude whites as members of local organizations? Do they have the equivalent of a 14 word slogan?

I think what proved it was during the trial after the first impeachment of Trump. The defense played the well-recorded incident where Trump said the things that the media distorted into a statement that white supremacists were "fine people" and showed that Trump specifically excluded white supremacists as who he was talking about. As a result, this particular matter got dropped. I don't know how much more proof you need Trump did not say what is still claimed. That it got claimed again here is mischievous or ignorant, one.

I paid a lot of attention to what actually took place in the big picture. A woman had been killed by a man driving into a crowd of protestors, and the media wanted Trump to make his press conference be about condemning white supremacy, linking it [correctly I'm sure]. I think it is absolutely clear they were outraged that Trump did not do this. Admittedly, any normal politician would have, and you can also say Trump shot himself in the foot by stubbornly returning to whether or not the statues should have been removed, and that "fine people" argued they should stay. Any normal politician ...

He did address that death, in that news conference, relating how the mother of the woman thanked him for what he said about her courage. But it was not enough for the media, who felt that the whole thing should be about condemning white supremacists.

Well, saying something that someone believes to be true but then it being false is not lying. They would have to know the statement to be false as they are claiming it is true, so assuming your first paragraph, were Geno not aware of that, then he is simply wrong but not a liar. And, again, that's assuming that it's 100% correct.

Of course, I thought the Impeachment was total BS anyway after briefly looking into the main grounds for Impeachment, so I paid almost zero attention to their little monkey show. They were basically Impeaching him for shizz that I would assume most, if not all, Presidents do.

I was neither lying or mistaken. I stand by my statements that, as President, Trump called certain White Supremacists fine people, and that he cozied up to White Supremacists both during and after his Presidency.

Honestly, my hierarchy of who made my life absolutely miserable for four years and change goes like this:

Bottom: Trump. I hate him, but he didn't do anything to me; I just think he's either a billionaire, or pretend billionaire, who has screwed over countless individuals who have less than he has access to, is an @$$40!3, is a horrible representative for the country from a diplomacy standpoint and also very much desires to engage in sexual intercourse with his own daughter.

Middle Tier: Certain Trump supporters. They are simply some of the stupidest people on this planet and it amazes me that some of them don't occasionally forget to breathe. I've been to one of the rallies. You can say that MSM and other media outlets are cherry-picking who they show to make his supporters look even dumber, and that's true, but I can assure you that the average isn't terribly far off. These are people who are too stupid to understand what it is that the POTUS actually does, or perhaps more importantly, don't understand what he lacks the authority to do on his own.

Still, he won in 2016 and they mostly shut up for four years. Of course, when he did the whole stolen election thing in 2020, which is a huge part of why I hate him, then I had to listen to all of these Trump supporters cry and moan about it being rigged when they couldn't even spell, 'Electoral,' if I spotted them eight letters.

Does anyone really believe that committing massive Election fraud, in multiple states, is the easiest way to get Trump out of office? It's not, by far. The easiest way would be to simply kill him. I'm not suggesting that it would be easy for the Federal Government to kill him, but it would be much easier than actually committing multi-state fraud in a national election.

Trump supporters who don't realize that are delusional. The ones who aren't delusional tend to be toadies. Very few people with a pulse and functioning brain truly believe that the election was stolen, imo, they just repeat the company line because it's the company line.

For me, nothing meaningfully changed. Nothing meaningfully changed for those idiots, either, not that you can get them to admit it. Because nothing meaningfully changed for me, I think Trump did well-enough in office. Did some of his policies suck for liberals? I don't know, maybe, but you can't possibly expect me to care about them after all they have done. On that note:

Top Tier The Far Left. God, the endless b!+(4!ng that I had to listen to...for four years...when they knew Trump won fair and square. Most of them should also be able to admit that they also ran a crappy nominee. I almost voted for Trump, in 2020, just out of pure spite for what these people put me through for four years, but I couldn't bring myself to do it and ended up voting for Jorgensen anyway.

Of course, if Trump were to die, preferably of natural causes, then you wouldn't have the middle tier and top tier; therefore, I hope he does. The sooner the better.

That's fine. I was just defending that you shouldn't be called a liar. I don't care if you were mistaken or not as I don't really have a dog in the fight. It was something that Trump said during a speech...and in a sane world...he would be considered exceptionally bad at giving speeches.

Reminds of a more recent pet peeve. That is complaining the voters should decide. What the hell did they allow impeachment if we're suppose to only allow the voters to decide?

And I do appreciate the defense. It was most welcome.

Because you are also voting for the people that do the impeachment. Vote in people that won't impeach.

No, I voted them in to impeach if necessary. I didn't vote them in to tell me something that isn't true. Impeachment is part of the process, or they would have left the removal completely up to the vote and not have it at all.

Saying it should always be left up to the voters is a lie.
