Not relevant to the point, but you ABSOLUTELY DO NOT need to admit to a crime to be pardoned.

SCOTUS might disagree with you.

Quote:
In the 1833 case of United States v. Wilson, the Supreme Court ruled that a pardon could be rejected by the convict. Due to the findings in the 1925 case, Burdick v. United States, it seems as though accepting a pardon is, in fact, admitting guilt. In Burdick the appellant was offered a pardon but declined it, also refusing to testify in criminal court. The opinion of the case given by the justices seemed to uncover that 1) a pardon can be given before a conviction and sentence; 2) a pardon can be refused, and 3) acceptance of a pardon implies acceptance of guilt.

You’re clearly trying to be cute with wordplay.

Are you implying that a consequential number of those ballots were illegitimate?

Your logic always seems to be clouded by your irrational beliefs. If you think it through there are numerous ways that my statement could be true. You have stated one that is a possibility that you feel has been disproven. The flip side is also a possibility that some legitimate ballots for the republicans were not counted. Dominion Voting Systems has also now admitted they have the capability of remotely altering the count figures. Just the fact they can puts a huge hole the in integrity of the voting system.

We probably need the UN to provide observers for the next presidential election to provide the oversite to make sure it is fair. The USA has had no problems demanding such oversite in other countries when they disagreed with the politics of the leader of the country.

This post is a whole lotta word salad saying absolutely nothing.

Just say Biden won and we won’t lump you in with the crazy election denying idiots.

I am sorry but I don't know how to write in grade 3 English for you.

Not relevant to my point. Hunter Biden is a convicted criminal. Donald Trump is not.

Not relevant to the point, but you ABSOLUTELY DO NOT need to admit to a crime to be pardoned.

Would you take responsibility for everything your son does as an adult? Whereas in some manner you HAVE to address a company you own if something like your CFO gets convicted, even if it is to deny everything.

I see an unavoidable connection to owning a company, but not necessarily a connection to a family member.

Like for example every dang thing Prince Harry says can be ignored by his family and is sometimes even when it's some accusations of something. No duty to respond at all.

Interesting. Do you have a source?

The quote from a Dominion Employee is of course buried by Google now but here is some info.

"The process of adding up the votes for the candidates is known as tallying, or tabulation. How hard would it be to access these tallying systems illicitly? Not hard enough. This New York Times article by Kim Zetter describes how easily a county-level vote tallying computer could be remotely accessed.

Further, as reported in CSO, these voting and tallying systems could be compromised by a third party  —  someone logged on remotely using the credentials, of an insider – for example an election official or a voting machine company employee."
