Kari Lake still losing. Here’s a toast to her success in private life again. Best of luck. Crosses fingers.

Another example of the Republicans just choosing awful candidates. Herschel Walker. Mark Robinson. Mehmet Oz. Kari Lake. Replace any one of them with a ‘regular’ Republican candidate and they win.

Abortion is why the Republicans did not dominate the House.

It is an issue of diminishing importance as the years go by. Will it be an issue in some districts or states? Yes. Will at be as prominent in each coming election? No.

As States continue to set their laws, there is less to fight about each cycle.

I would say many pro-life folks accept lesser majorities in the House as a good trade-off for the potential of less babies being aborted.

We got to RvW in the first place because there was enough dissatisfaction with the reality the way it was before. I expect we'll just have to repeat the lesson. We have less freedom now.

Perhaps if another case had been used instead of Roe, it would stood...

""Roe isn't really about the woman's choice, is it?" Ginsburg told the University of Chicago Law School in May 2013. "It's about the doctor's freedom to practice...it wasn't woman-centered, it was physician-centered."

She also said...

""Suppose the Court had stopped there, rightly declaring unconstitutional the most extreme brand of law in the nation, and had not gone on, as the Court did in Roe, to fashion a regime blanketing the subject, a set of rules that displaced virtually every state law then in force," Ginsburg said."

"Would there have been the twenty-year controversy we have witnessed, reflected most recently in the Supreme Court's splintered decision in Planned Parenthood v. Casey? A less encompassing Roe, one that merely struck down the extreme Texas law and went no further on that day, I believe and will summarize why [it] might have served to reduce rather than to fuel controversy."

For now, it is in the State's hands.

A different view of the vote totals for the blue side.

Notice the only one demented was the highest and mostly stayed in the basement.

I believe Trump could have evidence.

This might be why the Mockingbird held back this election.

The USPS looks like they're trying to hide the info.

I'd imagine Trump is all over this one.

They see a man found liable for SA just elected President...again. Why should the bullies follow the rules, when their parents just voted for a man who doesn't?

You gotta get over it! They voted for a bad human being over the total failure of the Democrat party as a whole. Why can’t you understand that? The majority of America does.
