And the 2nd has been scheduled for Sept. 10th on ABC. Bye-bye commission for presidential debates. “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

With any luck, Biden can get some "convicted felon" quips in. I don't have any idea what the proper betting edge should be so not going to put any money on him getting convicted. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

Maybe not bye-bye permanently, but the commission perhaps need to recalibrate their scheduling to accomodate the lack of competitive primaries (i,e, one candidate running away with the delegates early on) and the earlier start to mail-in balloting/early voting. |

I view the chances as being equal for either of the following outcomes: acquittal, conviction, hung jury. My suspicion is that at least one juror, blinded by the Cult of Trump, will absolutely refuse to convict him, regardless of the evidence. |

That’s what losers say. The prosecution has a high bar to leap over. Has to convince all 12 not that Trump likely committed the crimes, but that there is no reasonable doubt about it. It will be hard to get a unanimous decision either way, as I’m sure some of the jurors are starting with ‘Trump bad man’. Has there ever been another President that committed a crime while covering up/denying an extramarital affair? Hmmm….. pretty sure he wasn’t convicted of anything despite incontrovertible evidence of his lies. Anyway, I’d bet $1 on him not being convicted in this trial, even though he clearly paid to cover up him riding Stormy. You seriously don’t see how anyone who contributed to him could see no better way for the money to be spent? |

Oh, I think he's a wretched human being but then again I hold that opinion about many others as well. He provides clownish entertainment: that is what interests me. Biden is a cold fish, as interesting as watching paint dry. As a great suicide once sang... "Here we are now entertain us" |

All Bragg needs is one win. The jurors are from the Upper East Side, Hells Kitchen, Harlem, and the West Village. The Upper East Side is mostly conservative, whereas the other neighborhoods are hard core Democrat Socialist. Half the jurors are originally from out of state. |
