Really? At this point, I would blame as much of it on exhaustion as actual decline. He is actually doing tons of stuff every day and that likely will not help in the long run, but he is not nearly in the state the President is in already.

Biden does have a good chance again even in a basement campaign but he cannot handle the schedule Trump can on a daily basis and has not been able to for several years.

The Biden team could attack the decline--physical and mental--by presenting a robust President with lots of activity every day. They don't; that is an obvious tell to most people.

I think that he has a better than 50% chance of winning the election. He has already won once without any serious campaigning.

It appears that Donnie can't handle the schedule he puts himself through on a daily basis.

The fact that Donnie is doing tons of stuff everyday to the point of mental fatigue and exhaustion is not a selling point. He reportedly by his own admission only sleeps a few hours a night anyway to begin with. Now add to that the pressures and stressors of the Presidency. If Donnie is cracking under pressure during the campaign, it does not bode well for his decision making faculties should he become President again. Maybe if he slows down a bit, lightens his schedule, he won't be so addled and won't say such mentally deranged things.

Joe is handling the rigors of the Presidency just fine for a man his age.
