Let me declare that anyone still buying all the bs is nothing short of being full of it or just massively ill-informed.

ROTFL
Let's look at the Secret Service texts that day
Oh they were deleted
Gee, how does that happen
Lock them up :-)

I think it's likely Trump's constant drumbeat of election fraud caused divided loyalties about who they were supposed to serve. Pretty sad how much Trump damaged the whole election process.

It is…I guess not conceding and saying you didn’t really lose the Presidency or saying that you didn’t really lose the race for Governor of Georgia gave him the idea to take it to the next level.

He lost.

The real “steal” was that the majority of the media choose not to cover Biden as they would have in any other election. He lost before; they talked about his lies and copying things in those elections. All of that was basically crickets.

Maybe the outcome would not have changed. The “Democracy Dies in Darkness” people provide him darkness.

The Dems are saying they don’t want him, but 92% of them will vote for him if he is the candidate. I am hoping for a clean slate in 2024. Time to get past the 80 year old gang.

Total nonsense. Abrams v Kemp (election I am assuming your are referring to), she conceded that Kemp won the election, but stated that it was unfair that the Sec of State (for GA, who is in charge of elections) kept his post during an election that he was running in, which is debatable, but its a valid point to bring up. She never claimed to have actually won. (By the way I like Kemp, and voted for him, and by the way Kemp says Trump lost the election and should concede).

I don't understand why this GA governor election keeps getting brought up as some gotcha. Even if she did say the election was rigged and she really won, and the acting governor is a fraud (like Trump does, she does not), that in no way excuses Trump's behavior. Its like when you get pulled over for speeding and say, "well I see other people driving fast".... But, in this case its not even an accurate comparison. All she brings up is the issue of fairness of an acting Sec of State (again over elections) running for a new office while retaining Sec of State powers (which I may or may not agree with, but its a valid debate).

Total rubbish.

The point is when one idiot politician does something, you can count on the next idiot politician doing worse. They don’t get better, they get worse.

That’s all. I said Trump lost.

Get over it.

That is false because Trump said he would do so before the 2016 election which he won (but, if he did not would have done the same). (This is before Abrams complained about the Sec of State running for Governor).

Okay.

This the same RonC who constantly criticizes members for not contributing anything constructive?

You got pwned by Gandler, someone who actually lives in GA, and you immediately shut the discussion down.

She didn’t concede but she said Kemp won, at least for a while. Maybe she conceded later.

She made claims about the election being unfair.

Trump was wrong; all I said was that he took what happened before and made it bigger.

Whatever he said before the 2016 election does not matter; the outcome did not happen.

Trump went bigger and should not run for office again.

Pretty simple. He disqualified himself in my opinion. I don’t like Abrams or Clinton, but their complaints and bellyaching aren’t nearly as bad as what Trump did.

The Secret Service really went on a ride from ‘our boys will be up on the Hill directly going under oath to contradict Cassidy Hutchinson’ to ‘we deleted all the records you asked for and now will say no more’ in about two weeks.

lol

It was pretty clear from the get go that their off-the-record denials of her sworn testimony were BS.

Preview for tonight.

The clip begins with a question: “Was the President in that primary dining room the whole time that the attack on the Capitol was going on? Or did he ever go to, again only to your knowledge, or to the Oval Office to the White House Situation Room anywhere else?”

Kayleigh McEnany responds: “To the best of my recollection he was always in the dining room.”

The clip then jumps to Gen. Keith Kellogg, former Vice President Mike Pence’s National Security Advisor being asked what Trump and his Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows were doing in the dining room.

When you were in the dining room in these discussions was that was

“I think they were watching TV,” Kellogg replies.

Molly Michael, Trump’s former executive assistant, appears to squirm as she also says, “It was my understanding he was watching television.”

Former White House Counsel Pat Cipollone confirms when asked, “was the violence visible on the screen on the television?”

“Yes,” he replies.

So I haven’t been able to watch tonight’s hearing live (was seeing NOPE), but I see Josh Hawley is having a rough night.
