Should Trans People be allowed to use opposite sex bathrooms?

why care about the transgender agenda, in my own words? basically, alarming developments


* a previously unseen "epidemic" of gender dysphoria among the most vulnerable population when it comes to mass hysteria: young girls. People making profits on this.

* males wanting to use bathrooms where they are not welcome. I'm not exactly alarmed here, though this thread started with that, and in some cases an unsafe thing for women can be facilitated. And sure enough as a result we are seeing billions of dollars being spent to provide new types of bathroom facilities. Did we need all this?

* the creation of a protected class of people who can do off-label, thus illegal, use of drugs with impunity [hormones]

* women being abused by "trans-faker" males who talk their way into women's prisons. This might be the worst of what has actually happened, but ...

* activists have started with advocating violence, and some of it has started. Not much yet but where will this go?

I think it's their superior critical thinking skills you can't deal with so instead of accepting they view things differently then you, you go for the childish insults instead. The younger generation accepts trans. It's logical not to hate. That's not brainwashing.

That post was uncalled for. There's no reason to insult OdiousGambit, who is a personal friend of mine, and I can tell you that he's very intelligent, well-read, inquisitive and an excellent critical thinker.

As I expected, none of these “alarming developments” seem to directly affect your life.

Perhaps let people live their own lives and mind your business.

I had no idea Soopoo was being so repressed. What can we do to help? Is it a city, county, or state law that is prohibiting you from stroking your sheep?

The chances of interacting with a Trans is tiny
A lot of this hatred is to prevent trans from dressing as they feel.
If a Trans looks like a male but was born female, if dressed as a man, should use the men's bathroom.
To be against this is absurd unless you want to make dress codes a law

That’s a lot of question marks! You miss my points. I agree with you that they have the right to choose to have surgery to change their appearance and functionality. My issue is should I (society) pay for it? And the few instances where I want to protect the rights of others. I don’t want someone who still has a penis and testicles to be allowed to say ‘I’m a girl’ and let him use the girls only facilities. And I don’t want him to compete in women’s sports.
