I know of no way to mitigate tobacco use except stop. I do know if homosexual and heterosexuals engage in unprotected sex with enough people they can get everything from curable VD, to herpes to AIDS. The information is out there.

Btw, I've never had any sympathy for even heterosexuals who choose to knowingly spread disease in a wanton manner. I'll give a golf clap for rock stars whose music I like, but I'm not going to grieve over lifestyle choices they continue to pursue that end up killing them. After a period of time, they're well aware of what they are doing.

For awhile I gave the unvaccinated a break with their resistance. But after a while, and repeated warnings, I no longer give a crap about those who continue to ignore what is obvious. They run headlong into something, why should I keep caring about them either?

I don't expect people to be perfect. But once you repeatedly show interest in doing something dangerous or risky and end up dead. Eh, so what. That's what you signed up for apparently at that point.

How about Monkeypox? It's fatality ratio is about 3% to 6% the same range as Covid. There are currently hundreds of cases in the US and expanding rapidly. These are primarily in homosexual men. As per your quote "I no longer give a crap about those who continue to ignore what is obvious" so I assume it applies to those with this fatal disease as well.

You can be gay or heterosexual without spreading disease rampantly. I don’t remember ever condoning rampant disease spreading whether it starts in predominantly heterosexual populations with coronavirus or sexual diseases in the gay community. And anything in between, et al Typhoid Mary. Etc., Whether here or in some foreign country, I don’t condone disease spreading.

Don’t blame just one community for disease spreading.
