Is Covid over?

Apparently, Covid is starting to circle the world again. In 2024, a full year after Covid was officially declared over. 💡 I knew I was right to NEVER stop wearing my masks despite LOTS of People questioning WHY I STILL wear my masks a full year after Covid was officially declared over. 💡 Now people are telling me how SMART I am to STILL be wearing masks. 💡 Funny how that turned out. 💡

It’s been circling the world since 2020 and was never officially declared over. Why are you so obsessed with it?

What are you going to do? Go thru the rest of your life wearing a mask? Like it actually helps? Are those people telling you that you were smart wearing masks now?

If COVID persists, mask wearing isn't a bad idea, no matter how long the duration.

I’m on an Alaskan cruise right now (they skew older). I’d estimate 2% of the guests are wearing masks.

Nobody will stop you. Masks are useless but if it makes you feel better go for it.

Some college or think tank somewhere really should research why this mask divide is so deep and more importantly what goes into each sides thinking. I gave some very good ideas on the nomask side as I’m there and know many people there. I can say politics has nothing to do with it for me or anyone I know. It’s a distrust of the establishment and seeing how useless the thing is. But why do the maskers just wear them and keep wearing them?

Plus what are the common traits of either side?

Very simple, most people are morons.

There are reports of a new virus circling China as we speak right now. I definitely believe it because as I post right now, I am coughing, have a sore throat, slight sinus problems and have been feeling sick for roughly 10 days. A LOT of people reported having been sick recently and surmised there is definitely some kind of sickness going around.

I rarely get sick and in fact the last time I was deeply sick was before Covid ever existed. 💡 So yeah, this virus thing circling China seems to be Covid 2 but experts said that THIS time health officials are MUCH better prepared for THIS virus than what happened when Covid was first circling China exactly 5 years ago.

I remember when Covid was first becoming a MAJOR problem people saying something like,"Health Officials will be better prepared for the next pandemic and will be much more on it than what happened with Covid." I also remember people living in America questioning why we should be worried about a virus circling China since China is in a different Continent on the other side of the world. We as Americans are safe and have absolutely nothing to worry about since China is extremely far away. " People living in America had no idea what was in store and coming extremely quickly!

A Poster said something like,"When Covid was in its first few days and only 100 cases and STILL JUST in China, I thought,"There are only 100 cases in China in a different Continent on the other side of the world. Meh, I REALLY am NOT worried about Covid. I live in America and I am safe. 😀 When Covid reached 1,000 cases in China, I thought,"This could become a HUGE problem." 🤔 Now that it's GLOBAL and 3 MILLION cases, I am FREAKING out! 😱😳
