Not owe countries like Russia and China because they have damning proof on that you committed crimes. Not be a little girl hair sniffer. Not have previous career in politics where you accomplished absolutely nothing for decades. In other words the polar opposite of Beijing Joe Biden.. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Almost all of the greatest Presidents of all time were high ranking military, or were briefly in but had intense experiences in a brief time -WWII, etc...- (we have not had one in several decades, Bush 1 is the most recent ): George Washington, James Monroe, Andrew Jackson, Ulysses S Grant, Theodore Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, and George Bush (first one). This is not counting people who were in local or county militias during the early years (which was many of the early Presidents, even Lincoln briefly during when the Blackhawks tried to conquer land in Illinois). Also, not counting people who joined after being President. Basically just career, high ranking members (during times of war, conflict, or other issues), or people who were in and active during intense times even briefly (this more so applies to WWII vets who did one or two contracts). All of the above Presidents are very highly regarded, so it seems to be a great predictor (and would fall in any top lists of all time Presidents, Lincoln, and FDR again are two Presidents that are highly regarded that are an exception, because I don't feel they fit the criteria of actual experience, or for FDR has none for obvious reasons). And, this is a predictor that is not partisan, it applies to all parties (or in the case of Washington, none). But, being a great military leader, or experiencing an austere environment seems like a great predictor. This is a complete list of every President who was in any kind of military in any capacity (even if for a few weeks): https://www.militarytimes.com/news/your-military/2021/02/15/31-presidents-who-served-in-the-military/ |

Zogby has Beijing Joe at 34% approval. The new mantra is How low can you go Joe? If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
