While he was in Vegas, filming ‘Casino’, DeNiro visited a gun shop and shooting range, where my friend was practicing. DeNiro, is licensed to carry in NYC, and was looking to purchase a gun for personal use. My friend, who was a licensed gun dealer at the time, showed him his own weapon, and let DeNiro, who had firearms training for his role in ‘Taxi’, empty the full magazine at a target 50 feet away. When they reeled it in, not a single round had hit the target. DeNiro ended up purchasing a Sig Sauer P226 in the shop. |

Still pretty sparse at my local store but I’m starting to see 9mm in stock at some of the online sources. I just ordered some from Lucky Gunner. It’s not my preferred brand and it’s double the price per round that I used to pay and I had to buy 1000 rounds to get that price. I’ll be set for range ammo for long time.
