The Trans community is aghast that Oli London has used their ridiculous gender dysphoria argument,
to self identify as a non binary Korean. Oli is actually a British Male according to "The Science".
I can't wait for a Korean High School Junior from Texas to self identify as black.
It's a perfect strategy to get around Harvard's racist affirmative action admission policies.
Harvard should certainly treat him/her/them similar to any other actual black college applicant.
But why stop the madness at identifying as a different culture or race?
C'mon Man, you trans folks need to really explore your options here, think of the possibilities.
A 16 year old biological male could identify as a 21 year old trans female and start legally buying alcohol.
We wouldn't let that bigoted local bar deny him/her/it their basic humanity! Order up "Miss", this one's on the house!
A Texan could come out and self-identify as a Pennsylvanian in order to vote in the upcoming election.
Geography like biological sex is fluid don't you know. Neither has any basis in reality.
Hell anyone could self identify as a disabled person just to get the blue placard.
Get yourself a cane, post a TikTok video proclaiming your disability identity & bingo, blue plastic mirror thingy coming you way.

People are born from two sexes. You can actually get mixed physical characteristics. Hermaphroditism for instance.

Very shaky scientific grounds RX since all humans share 99.9% of their DNA. Race is an extremely artificial creation, probably more so than gender.

Legally, I don’t think the law or the medical community can really tell the difference between a 20 and a 21 year old for that matter. But the law here differs for those two ages.

I’m just telling you on what basis I think the law will rule. But, OTOH, transgender law has been the least settled as yet.
