Can you imagine being his doctors telling him he has to stay. Doctors are of course used to patients ready to go home, but someone as strong willed as Trump? Gonna take a team of doctors to hold him back!

He’s the president. He could leave if he wanted to/was able to.

Headlines from new NBC/WSJ poll (conducted after the debate, 9/30-10/1)

Biden's national lead among registered voters expands from 8pts to 14pts

Biden 53%
Trump 39%

Was Biden 51%, Trump 43% in Sept poll before debate

So it appears righties like JCW09’s wishful thinking of “the debates will finally sink Biden!” didn’t *quite* pan out.

So you are first one to talk about cherry picking polls AMS but have no problem doing it yourself all the time. RealClear's average is 7.4% for Biden.

You think that’s a good number for Donny?! lol

PS - Biden’s RCP average is up to +8.1 now.

Last I heard, that means Trump is up in the polling 147% to -89%.

Approval rating is 7.4% for Biden when I checked just now on Real Clear. You looking at a different poll?

Biden is not currently in any office, what approval ratings are you referring to?

His time as VP?, because that is way off....

I should have just called it Trump approval and not mentioned Biden but at this point in time that is what it likely is.

When I was in high school a state, I think Missouri elected a dead man to the Senate. He had been killed in an airplane crash a few weeks before the election and it was to late to remove him from the ballot. His wife ended up serving his term.

On a side note: how bad of a candidate do you have to be to lose to a dead man? lol.

Recently, here in Nevada, Dennis Hof died shortly after ballots were printed and well before election day. As I understand it, with early voting most voters in his rural Nevada district indeed voted for a dead man. I think the Republican Party got to assign somebody else to fill whatever seat he was running for if he won, which he did.

I'm not sure this is applicable to a presidential election, just thought I'd throw it out there.
