If a consensual relation goes bad, and the subordinate of the participants decides to accuse the other of being pressured, true or not, the company potentially has a lawsuit. So there's a legal hazard just for allowing it which is why it is usually against policy. I guess if it's a private company, it's all on the owner. But the same laws and risk applies. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |
