Dr. Soopoo and several other members have already mentioned there wasn't time for "rigorous vetting". It was a known safe drug that some French doctors had been promoting for months. As I mentioned in an earlier post are you going after Cuomo for his 'I need 60,000 ventilators" which was also BS. Nobody knows where we are headed with this pandemic and I am sure that at least 50% of the information that we are getting form "the experts" today will prove to be wrong down the road.

No, I am just going after Trump for only hearing what he wants to hear.

Libbies love lauding Bill Gates and his old statements, but how about George Carlin????

He makes a whole hell of a lot more sense than the guy who can't even prevent Windows from getting viruses!!

PREACH IT GEORGE!!

George Carlin would absolutely loathe today’s righties and everything they stand for.

This is what I don't understand about libbies.
If the rest of us go back to work.................................then the libbies should STAY QUARANTINED if they don't like it!!

Why the heck is this so hard for libbies to understand?!

I'll say it again............let the rest of us go back to work, and you freakin libbies all around the country can STAY QUARANTINED!!!

The "rest of us"? Sounds like you're a non-essential. Ask me if I'm surprised? I'm not.

Capitalism = winners and losers

Sounds like you lost this one. Don't worry. Trump sent you your socialist check with his name on it so you don't forget who gave your non-essential self free money.

On the contrary, I’m a big George Carlin fan. So you can imagine my amusement seeing a rightie like Shrek try to act like Carlin would be on his side.

Here’s an interview with his daughter from 2016:

Quote:
In that case, Foster asked if Carlin thought her father would support Trump?

“Oh, God no. No, no, no, no, no,” Carlin responded. “My dad would see him for who he really is, which is misogynistic, and racist, and all that kind of stuff. I mean he, he’d love the freak show of it all because – it is a real freak show. He loved the freak show aspect of American politics.

“But, my dad didn’t vote,” Carlin continued. “He stopped voting in ’72 when McGovern broke his heart. You know, he’d be a San.. he’d love Bernie Sanders. My dad was very progressive. You know, so, but that’s, that’s my take on it. It’s an interesting mixing of progressive ideals with fascist tactics and political incorrectness in general.”

Just so you know, there are people out there that aren't so well off and live paycheck to paycheck. They're hurting right now because they have no income

Those people didn't save for the rainy day? And we're supposed to now feel sorry for those people? Hmm, sounds like capitalism at work.

Liberals, for decades now, have been saying that the economy isn't working for everybody. We've been ignored and insulted by conservatives like yourself. And now you want to show compassion for these folks?

Nah...too late. Your "concern" rings hollow AF.

What is the big deal if he is non-essential? Millions of people in various trades are. All affected by the police state lockdowns.

They should've saved for the rainy day, RIGHT?

If it were up to liberals, we would live in a society where millions of our citizens don't lose their jobs and their houses and have their lives totally upended and destroyed due to a downturn in capitalism, which happens every 5-7 years on average in a capitalist society, regardless of what causes it.

For decades, liberals have been saying that the economy isn't working for everybody and we were insulted and ignored by conservatives. And now, when the s**t hits the fan, and the rainy day came, we're celebrating sending out socialist checks to the non-essentials, i.e. the "losers" of a capitalist society?

It's so damn ass-backwards that it's infuriating. We had a chance to elect a man that would fight for everyday working people and we blew it, not once, but twice.

Instead, MAGAts wanted a reality show TV president and now we are all contestants on Survivor.

Why is Shrek so upset about those that did not save?
My suggestion, they should join me on the Carona gravy train I'm riding :-)

So his daughter 8 years after her dad's death doesn't like Trump. Some proof.
