To recap the opening lines:
"I'm really brave - I'm a Gryffindor!"

"I'm ambitious - I'm a Slytherin."

"I'm really smart - I'm a Ravenclaw!"

"I'm a Hufflepuff!" Err... "I can't digest lactose. I'm a Hufflepuff!"

In reality, there weren't any prominent characters from Hufflepuff, so the house kind of gets this reputation as having anyone who wasn't particularly brave, smart, or ambition/evil. The character traits were described, just never really fleshed out. JK has noted this regret I think.

I took the test again shortly after I was considered a Hufflepuff, and this time I answered most of tne questions the exact opposite of how a Hufflepuff would answer. ;) For example, I answered that Being Feared is what I would want to be , be full of pridre, use any means necessary to win Duels, Use my power blindly on Unknown Creatures that step out of shadows, I want to walk down dimly lit alleyways(As a Hufflepuff, I chose the grasssy meadow full of sunshine, ;)My new Result was something like,"Congratulations. You are a Dark Wizard. You are ambitious, cunning, deceptive, Powerful, . You are a Slytherin. " LMAO! :D

Thanks for keeping me honest. I was going to mention Edward, I mean Cedric, but I couldn't remember his name (it's been a while).

I'd still argue Hufflepuff is the least-featured house in the storyline. The core players (Harry, Ron, Hermione, Dumbledore himself) are all Gryffindor, and the antagonists (Snape, the Malfoys, Voldemort/Tom Riddle) are Slytherin. Ravenclaw beats out Hufflepuff with a few more prominent side characters (Cho Chang, Luna Lovegood).
