pew Member since: Jan 8, 2013 Threads: 4 Posts: 1232	The actual answer is obvious. Someone observed a car parked way over fifteen minutes and it was a problem for that person for whatever reason. That person put the "only" sticker on the sign so that when the douchebag finally leaves the space they get dressed down in an extremely mild and meek fashion. As opposed to keying or some other more aggressive action or confrontation.
