Also most of your other payments are going up as well, so you are probably counting on part of that raise to go to other increases. A 2% jump in mortgage interest corresponds to a fairly large raise.

Understanding this made Dr. Michael Burry a fortune!

The 2% of a mortgage is on the amount

My head hurts now, thanks a lot..

Actually, that was exhilarating.. Partly
because it warms up in a few days.

Assume you make $33,000 per year or $2750 before taxes or $2000 after deductions
You have a $100,000 mortgage for 30 years at 4% which means principal and interest payment of $477.42 per month.
The rate goes up to 6% and your new payment is $599.55 per month or an increase of $122.14

The increase of $122.14 per month is about 6% of your salary of $2000 after deductions. So now you need a 6% raise to meet the new payment resulting from a 2% increase in your mortgage rate.

I disagree. I do not think the Wizard has the charisma that I believe the best teachers possess. I have always been very jealous of charismatic people as i don't have any charisma.

Voice training would probably help. Of course youtube has many videos for voice training for public speaking.

Like this. But more ideas than just resonance on vids.

You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?
