Saw this topic in the clickbait this morning, and thought it would make for good discussion here. What do you think?

Also honest answer
Be bold and risk defeat, or be cautious and encourage it.

I was thinking about this the other day. But not in this context. What if you ate at a restaurant salad bar where someone dropped a leaf of deadly nightshade in the mix?
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

Alcohol
Killed and kills many many lives.
Very dangerous drug in my opinion
I wont touch it except to disinfect a wound

Alcohol is on the list above

The thread is most dangerous food, you
list a drug. Have a few more tokes on
your fave drug, it's working wonders
for ya.. lol
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Depending on whether you ate the leaf, or something that touched the leaf, would be the difference between dead and temporarily paralyzed, or somewhere in between.

The leaf would be easy to spot as something that does not belong in a salad bar though. The berry, not so much. It looks like a cherry.

Is it deadly, or just gross? There's a few things we eat that are "processed" through insects. Honey is probably the most common.

Fungus and bacteria are used to produce delicacies too. Some of these will kill you though.

Depends. Particularly depends upon the near term versus long term dangers.
Think back to the humorous thread on Coconut Crab: amajor delicacy most of the time but if they've dined on sea mangoes, an instantaneous rash on a man;s chest and a very huge but fatal erection.

Sugar is far more addictive and troubling than alcohol, but its consequences are deferred in life.
Ciguateria poisoning in fish is becoming more of a problem with ocean warming, but most people get sick for a week yet some get sick for a lifetime.
Alcohol is viewed as a character problem, rarely a medical one.

So I would vote for sugar.

Stay away from any food prepared by fleastiff. Or unprepared for that matter. Just stay away. Far far away.
