That is not true all religious headgear is prohibited....

That is why the article states/panders that this would also benifit Jews (makes it easier to swallow than just making an exception for Islam -which is probably also not allowed, favoring one religion-) .

I am pretty sure most courts also still do not allow Yamakas to be worn.

I support this because the government should be secular (and headgear should not be worn inside anyway).

Yarmulkes are most certainly allowed in Court (at least here in NY)
