You must have "gout" (a type of arthritis). Foods with the highest purine content include liver, organ, and game meats, sardines, mussels, anchovies, herring, and beer. For veggies avoid asparagus, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, and green peas |

Asparagras is perhaps doubly worse as asparagrine is a cancer accelerator. Big difference between inducing gout and inducing a gout flare up. Also that is why a micro brew can be great but a commercial beer will induce a flare up of gout. Fosters, its Australian for gout, mate. Spain and Portugal are the only countries that test for infections upon gout diagnosis, no one else does yet its obviously an early spring onset in great toe disease that is highly suggestive of infection particularly when its Spring on the 'wrong' side of the equator. P. multocida is a candidate organism. Go on the atkins diet and consume liver pate....wind up with gout. |
