No. The limo gets escorted everywhere its never unguarded. I doubt they really have blood stored in it. That is probably Hollywood or something.

One of those White House Down movies featured a President who in an attempt to escape a terrorist-occupied White House got into the back of the limousine by habit. Many people going abroad as business executives or journalists have watched a lot of TV/Movies/etc. and the first day of executive protection awareness training is to see what ordinary bullets from ordinary weapons will actually penetrate. Car doors offer no protection. Engine blocks offer no protection. And this stuff is ordinary shooters using ordinary weapons. Then they show the trainees what ordinary grenades and small simple bombs can do. This disabuses business executives or potential kidnap victims of some silly notions they may have picked up along the way.
