Dog Shelter: They need dog walkers to take the dogs out for a walk and bring them back to the stall that is one stall closer to "that door". Good of Humanity: I have my doubts. Very serious doubts. Perhaps it does exist. |

I'll ask if they train me. What do you mean, though? I would think that the clients are not the best targets for a B&E.
I'd want to take them all home is my problem. Well, not all. Not the little "accessory dogs." But most. I did do a shift on a anti-puppy mill demonstration.
I'm not so sure. Take my job and read the divorce proceedings you come across. You don't even want to know. The President is a fink. |

Elderly make poor witnesses. Mug someone on the streets and they might know judo, but what is an elderly person on a respirator going to do? >>>>I'd want to take them all home is my problem. >>>>Well, not all. Not the little "accessory dogs." A woman who volunteered as a dog walker regularly had the exact same sentiments. Then some creep emerged from the shrubbery and tried to rape her causing that tiny little thing she was walking to bark like mad but above all to bite like mad. Cops located him at the nearest Urgent Care center. She had two big yard dogs but felt that if that tiny dog had bonded with her enough to change his charges from rape to attempted rape it was meant to be so she went back the next day and did the paperwork to adopt him. |

I can see that. I just like a manly sized dog I can rough around with at play. The President is a fink. |

AZDuffman Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 135 Posts: 18204 | Sometimes good deeds make you wonder why you did them! Background. House next door to me was owned by an older woman. She had to move to one floor living so I bought it to make a rental. I see a 1-800-FLOWERS box at the door. Place has been empty for a year so I know it is a mistake. My street has funky addresses so I see if it is just a misdirect. Nope, for the woman used to live there. To do my good deed for the day I call 1-800-FLOWERS to alert them to alert the sender. Then......... First call is both a bad connection and a barely speak english person. I simply hang up after 30 seconds. I call back and explain the situation. "Do you have the number of the person it was going to?" "No, I bought the house 9 months ago and have not heard from her since." "What is your confirmation number?" "How on earth would I know, I did not order it?!" Question after question like this. Eventually I am tired of this line and re-explain, "Look, you delivered in error, I am just calling you to be nice so you can call the sender and alert them!" "Can I get your number to help with this?" "NO, I AM JUST CALLING TO BE NICE. AFTER THIS CALL I AM DONE HERE!" Finally, it registers. She tells me to enjoy the flowers. Which I am doing now I guess. I can say I will never, ever use 1-800-FLOWERS to send flowers to anyone in my life after this. Once again, I wonder how some people remember to breathe. The President is a fink. |

I like to sit at the front in the handicapped seats for the view out the front window. Blind guy with one of those sticks they use came on. Gave up the seat and gently guided him to it. We had to transfer to a bus and noticed he was walking the wrong way. Once he got to the bus, started walking towards the rear. I told him I was helping and guided him to the bus entrance and to a seat. Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

Wouldn't you make more money renting it at a loss, rather than letting it sit empty? Or is that some sort of write off? You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |
