As a sign of the times, there’s a contraption built by an Eagle Scout out front for folks to put their phones on so they can take selfies with the giant baked potato sculpture.

I am actually a little bit interested in the Potato Museum, not so much by the Clean Museum.

At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent.

There’s a nice gun shop across the boulevard from the Potato Museum. But the museum has the world’s largest potato crisp (think giant Pringle) on display. Unfortunately, like a lot of us, it’s got a crack in it now.

There’s a University campus in Pocatello. Usually there will be something of interest to check out there if you have time. There’s also a tribal gaming place around there, but I think they were slots only. They were building a new hotel that looked nice too. Otherwise, enjoy the fresh produce in the area. The volcanic soil is perfect for farming vegetables and tubers.
