You haven't seen Spider Man or "It" either, so in three or four years you should have some good movies to watch

I haven't seen Spiderman 2 or 3, either(*). I was very disappointed with the first one.

I expect you'd need Clockwork Orange methods to get me to watch "It" (and I can't believe I actually watched "Clockwork Orange").

BTW, isn't Ragnarok like the Asgard Apocalypse? Does everyone die at the movie's end?

(*)save for a couple of scenes.

In Ragnarok Odin, Thor, Týr, Freyr, Heimdallr, and Loki all die. The world is repopulated by two humans. I must assume the movie is about the foiling of Ragnarok.

Apocalypse actually means "revelation", but as the Book of Revelation in the bible is concerned with the end of times, it has gradually assumed that meaning.

Spoilers for Thor: Ragnarok

Odin dies early in the movie. Asgard is completely destroyed. But Thor & company help the Asgardians leave the realm prior to its destruction.

Oh, and Thor loses an eye.

Looks like Thor will come out on top when all is said and done.

Justice League is opening at around 93 million for the weekend. It's a disappointment.

Justice League was probably the biggest budget film of the year, and now 38 days after it premiered, the results don't look good.

World Wide
$873.6 Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice 2016
$821.8 Wonder Woman 2017
$746.8 Suicide Squad 2016
$668.0 Man of Steel 2013
$646.7 Justice League 2017

It doesn't look good for JL to pass Wonder Woman this year.

Gal Gadot said she is "grateful and happy" about her salary for WW, which was part of a three-film agreement along with "Batman vs Superman" and "Justice League" at $300,000 apiece. Gadot told the gossip site photographer that she should hire him as her lawyer to do the negotiations for a sequel after he suggested she deserved more for the next one.

That is one heck of an understatement. Personally , I think the lawyer will probably be paid $300K to do the negotiations.

Chris Evans was paid the same rate for his first "Captain America" film in 2011 and Chris Hemsworth reportedly raked in even less for his debut as Thor the same year.

Thor: Ragnorak has surpassed Wonder Woman worldwide at 52 days after release. It might even surpass "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice".
