Streaming budgets for 2018

Netflix to Spend $7 Billion on Original Programming in 2018. HBO is going to up their budget, but they are not specific. Apple has set aside $1 billion for original TV programming over the next year. Facebook is planning to spend $1 billion in 2018.

Disney's theatrical film costs are about $4 billion per year, so Netflix seems to be outspending the major movie studios.
