I was around 10 when I enjoyed Gomer Pile. Even then I probably would have admitted it was a guilty pleasure. Channel 5 in LA ran reruns of that show like three hours a day. Some other ten-year-old must have been their program director, it was a total television wasteland for pre-teen boys. Bewitched, the Munsters, Gilligan's Island, I think the Beverly Hillbillies. I think their budget couldn't afford shows in color. Although I lived through the Vietnam war, when it ended I could have told you much more about Gomer Pile than the whole war. According to the rules you get points by difference from age 100. So you get zero points for Kirk Douglas. You might win with only one correct guess if it is a 40 year old rapper who overdoses.
