They speak Russian among themselves and go about town and occupations like everyone else. They are, and they identify as Russian. I've worked in their villages, and they are funny [odd] bastards. Thinking of us as the great unwashed. But they get to live here, most of them tax free, like a great big commie commune, tax cheating, thieving bunch.
