Because it's rude and childish. I'm embarrassed
for them. They make the whole country look
bad. Even worse than when Obama was out

Usually when a person assumes an important position, even though the person is just starting just as a matter of courtesy you give them some respect.

However if you've acted like Trump, you've pretty much squandered that IMO.

Now he only gets respect when he earns it. If ever.

You should have been embarrassed to elect someone like Trump.

It has nothing to do with how he "acted" as you claim. It is about Democrats and liberals acting childish. If it was another GOPer then they would be finding other reasons not to show up. It is how they act. Everything they do not like is racist, sexist, or homophobic.

Who cares whether or not they go? Many represent districts that Hillary won; it could be a good thing that they do this for the purposes of reelection in 2018. Of course, many of those districts are filled with "deplorables" (the Dems own word!) who will vote for any Democrat no matter how little that Democrat has done for them.
