Looks to me as if Mustard is the only one in a position to make an accusation who hasn't declared before you. That's assuming Scarlet waived his chance at an accusation by moving out to the hallway. Is that a hard-and-fast rule at this point, that a hallway move voids your accusation rights? Never doubt a small group of concerned citizens can change the world; it's the only thing ever has |
