Agreed. Mustard got no reply to his suggestions, so should be able to say anything. Including making an accusation if that's what he really meant to do.

BBB, in my absence I don't see why you shouldn't also step in for any players who just need to disprove. Wait till I send you something first, as you need to know what cards a player has already been shown [show them the same one twice if possible and there is that option]. Ummm, I am out of time and have to sign off.

You can now also confirm accusations.

Could be good practice for future non-player roles. You'll see what I mean when I say it makes you worry about mistakes, like showing the disproof to the wrong person.
