For now. The number of Muslims entering at the border grows daily. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Horrific murders happen in every country, religion and society on the planet There is no large population anywhere on the planet that is horrific murder free I recently started a thread regarding that horrific murder on that tween by those 2 VA Tech students. Horrible. Young adults with bright futures throwing their lives away to kill. Its horrific. Decapitated or strangled, the result is the same, a horrific death Speaking of VA Tech, they had a rampaging shooter on campus murdering multiple people There are sick people everywhere Throughout the history of mankind in every single large society there has been horrific murder The problem has always existed, it always will :-( Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

Go socialism! If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Credibly sourced news from Germany: Merkels popularity among German voters is up 8 points to now 54% approval rating. (cf. Barack Obama in US: 49% (Gallup)) Source: http://www.faz.net/aktuell/politik/inland/merkel-laut-umfrage-beliebter-seehofer-verliert-14098178.html |

Interesting. Here's my 2 cents: It kinda does suck that they changed the rules for family reunions. Families being together used to be an important part of German culture. But there is political backlash agianst the change and the final word ist not spoken yet. Eventually they will probably go back to the old system. (Which isn't a free-for-all either, but it is reasonably easy to bring your family if you are an approved refugee.) Other than that, the system works. While NGOs and government are constantly working to improve living conditions, it is far from perfect. With those numbers, go figure. But if some discomfort prompts you to go back, you may not have been in that grave danger of torture and death in the first place. Those that truly need our help and protection will deal with the circumstances. |
